The Brown County Health Department
The Brown County Health Department receives funding from BCSWA to regularly monitor and conduct weekly inspections of the Rumpke Brown County Landfill, to ensure community health and safety. The BCSWA does not have any regulatory authority over the business decisions of the landfill.
